Ernie Hardeman, the longtime Oxford MPP, has been named minister for agriculture, food and rural affairs.
Oxford County MPP Ernie Hardeman has been tapped to lead the agriculture portfolio under Ontario Premier Doug Ford’s new cabinet, unveiled June 29, as Ford took power. The cabinet contains 21 members, down from the 28 ministers in place under former Liberal premier Kathleen Wynne.
